I am a "doula for mommy, advocate for baby, and helper for family" Married mother of 4 naturally birthed boys turned "clean eating" foodie and chef who just so happened to learn a lot about moving too often, overcoming transitions, experiencing poverty, food insecurity, and body image issues while ultimately trusting God. Now I'm called to serve women - pregnant or not, to help them navigate these delicate moments in life: pregnancy, labor, birth, breastfeeding and postpartum.
